What Comes With the Vehicle?
The i300 comes standard with 2 battery packs, a charger, and an outdoor cover. Your purchase will also come ready with all the necessary documents and vehicle registration completed. Ready to ride on delivery day.

When Can I Expect to Receive My i300?
You can expect to receive your i300 anywhere from 12-16 weeks from the order date. For a more accurate delivery timetable, we recommend that you contact support@zappscooter.com as delivery schedules may vary from country to country.

Can I Make Changes To My Order?

Step Two: Fill Out Delivery & Payment Information

How Will I Receive The i300?
Zapp provides direct-to-customer (DTC) service, which means a dedicated Zapp specialist will deliver the i300 directly to your doorstep. Once your i300 has all the necessary paperwork completed a Zapper will contact you to schedule delivery date and time.

What Is The Accepted Payment Method?
Before the delivery of your i300, we require that the balance be paid in full, either personally or by way of guarantee from a financing institution. Confirm your method of payment with your Zapp representative prior to Delivery Day.

Final payment is accepted via:

  • Credit Card
  • Wire Transfer

Note: Wire transfer requires you to upload proof of payment.
Note: Payment must be made before delivery and cannot be accepted at the time of delivery.

Do You Provide Insurance Options?
If you require insurance, just let us know and we will put you in touch with our local Zapp Insurance partner.

Do You Have Financing Options?
If you require financing, just let us know and we will put you in touch with our local Zapp financing partner. Please note that Zapp may not be able to provide financing in certain countries yet. For more information we recommend that you contact support@zappscooter.com.

What About Grants & Incentives?
Grants & Incentives are not factored into the price. You can request for the government subsidy once you have reserved your i300.

The pre-delivery checklist is a necessary step for quick & easy delivery of your scooter. We rely on the information you provide us to register the i300 to your name and organize your insurance and final payment.

Can I Make Changes To My Order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order, provided that your i300 has not already been shipped to your address. Please email support@zappscooter.com with the options you want to add or remove. Make sure to include your order number (ZP_…..) as a reference when contacting our support team.

Step Four: Delivery

What Do I Need To Prepare For Delivery?
You just need to have your driver’s license ready.

Delivery Scheduling
We will schedule an appointment once your i300 is ready for delivery. Delivery timing depends on your configuration and location, and completion of your purchase documents.

Can I Change My Delivery Appointment Date or Location?
If you need to change your delivery location or date contact us as soon as possible. Please note that if your i300 is already in transit it may not be possible to change location or date.
