Owning a Zapp means you are riding one of the most advanced and best performing electric scooters available. We are confident that you will love your new vehicle. It will be a riding experience like no other.
If you are unhappy with your scooter or a product you have purchased from our website, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) calendar days after taking delivery. Subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
We will accept your scooter for return if the scooter:
- Has an odometer indicating fewer than 500 km at the time of return
- Has a New Vehicle Warranty that has not been voided
- Has not been the subject of any submission or application for any available incentives or perks
- Is in new condition, without damage or abnormal wear and tear
- Has not been resold or transferred to any person or entity.
We will refund the purchase price for the product, less any charges incurred by Zapp Scooters in relation to the return of the product. You may not return any products that are made to your specification or personalised for you.
Make sure to properly inspect the vehicle for any damages or defective parts before signing the proof of delivery document. Once signed, Zapp Scooter is no longer obligated to replace parts that are outside of the Warranty.
You will remain responsible for any fees or charges that may later become due while the scooter was in your possession, such as unpaid tickets and fines.
Please note that the following information only applies to purchases made through Zapp’s website. For purchases made through an authorised reseller without using Zapp’s website, or through an authorised web reseller, please contact them directly for their individual return policies. This return policy is intended to give you confidence in your purchase of a Zapp vehicle, and so is in addition to any other rights you may have under applicable law.
